Burnham - William N. Wheeler, 78, passed away on November 9, 2023, at CMMC after losing his fight with cancer. William was born on February 14, 1945, the son of Glendon and Barbara (Fogg) Fowler. He attended schools in Pittsfield and worked for many years in the woolen mills then as an electrician until his retirement.

William enjoyed hunting and fishing and loved his family.

He was predeceased by his parents, grandparents William and Viola Fogg, brother Robert Fowler, and a special friend George (Butch) Kennedy Jr.

William is survived by his wife of 49 years Debra, brother Edward Fowler, sister and brother-in-law Pam and Ronald Judkins, children; Faye Duprey, Karen Chase, William Wheeler Jr and Jenifer Brumback, several grandchildren and great grandchildren, niece Amy Whitney, nephew Glen Peters, special sister-in-law Patricia Fowler, as well as great nephews; Sebastian Peters, Tyler Peters, and Zachary Peters.

There will be no funeral, a memorial service will be announced at a later date. I want to thank the doctors and nurses at both Sebasticook Northern Lights and CMMC for their loving care of Billy while he was with them.
