Monmouth ME
With deepest sorrow, we announce that Travis Earle Pease, age 37 most beloved son,
brother, family member, and friend passed away suddenly on Saturday, May 6, 2023.
Travis was born in Lewiston ME, April 5, 1986. He graduated from Monmouth
Academy in 2004 and attended Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston MA, for
Civil Engineering.
Travis's expertise had no limits. He spent the majority of his professional career in the
automobile industry, followed by time spent as a store manager, and as an apprentice
for a local HVAC contractor. Throughout these diversified endeavors, Travis was
always a part of the development, sales, and growth of Pease's Screen Printing. Travis
flourished in any occupation he pursued, but the roles he cherished most were being a
son, brother, uncle, and friend.
Those who knew Travis, even just a little, lost a shining light in their lives. Travis truly
cherished time spent with friends and family. He was always the first to share his
knowledge or offer a helping hand to someone in need, often enduring car rides or
manual labor for the sake of friendship. No one who knew Travis forgot his deep love
for spending time in the great outdoors; camping, fishing, hunting, or simply taking a
walk outside. Travis could often be found in the northern Maine woods, walking on a
trail, or driving on a long dirt road. Travis was well-versed in woodworking, oftentimes
having an ongoing project that he was crafting to perfection. He always relished the
opportunity to cook a well-prepared meal, and he would never pass up a good
homemade apple pie. Travis was an avid music lover, and a skilled guitar player. He
found happiness in playing guitar for those around to enjoy, or simply strumming to
soothe his own soul. Travis had a deep love for his dogs, his most recent companion,
Tinkerbell, would almost always be found in Travis's arm. Travis learned to always see
the bright side of any situation, and his influence will forever remain in the lives he
touched. Due to his unwavering charisma, Travis turned every stranger into a friend.
His ability to make someone laugh, smile, or tell a good dad joke, was unmatched. Most
of all, Travis was devoted to his faith. Travis loved starting his day with reading the
Bible and worshiping. He was admired by many friends and family who will sincerely
regret his untimely death. Travis will always be remembered for his infectious smile,
his sharp wit, his vivacious personality, and his heart for family. His presence in our
lives will be deeply and sorely missed.
He was predeceased by his grandmother Martha Pease, his grandfather Ralph Bickford.
He is survived by his father and step-mother, Randy and Rose Pease, his sister and
brother-in-law, Tiffany and Caleb Parada, his mother, Karen Bilodeau, his sisters and
brother, Emma, Audrey, and Chase Bilodeau, his grandfather, George Pease, his
