Skowhegan - Pauline T. (Grenier) Lloyd, 95 - Heaven has gained a beautiful angel. Pauline was born on July 27, 1928, in Winslow, daughter of Reney and Grace (Leclere) Grenier. She graduated from Winslow High School in 1946. Pauline married Sherman F. Lloyd on May 8th, 1954, at St. John the Baptist Church and worked with her husband Sherman at Lloyd's Accounting until retirement.
Pauline was a communicant of Notre Dame De Lourde Church in Skowhegan and a member of the Daughters of Isabella for 60 years. Pauline loved to bowl, playing on multiple teams over the years and winning many trophies for her achievements.
She was predeceased by her parents, and her beloved husband of 59 years.
Pauline is survived by her four loving children, daughter Sandra Lloyd of Skowhegan, daughter Janet Lloyd of Rumford, son Steven Lloyd with his wife Lisa of Palmer, MA, and daughter Donna Wacome with her husband George of Skowhegan; four very special grandchildren and six great-grandchildren that she adored, grandson David Wacome with his fiancé Jaime Backman and his daughter Aubrey Wacome, granddaughter Lauren Emery with her partner Zachary Warren and their children Kaylee Emery, Rylee Emery, and Charlotte Warren, grandson Joshua Lloyd with his wife Jessica and their children Nora and Hazel Lloyd, and grandson Matthew Lloyd with his partner Alyssa Gagne; a very special brother Alton Grenier with his wife Patricia and their children David, Dana, and Jodie, along with their families; as well as Althea Noel a very special cousin who was like a sister to her.
There will be a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Christ the King Parish in Skowhegan on May 10th, 2024, at 2:00 pm, with immediate committal at Calvary Cemetery in Skowhegan.
The family would like to thank Beacon Hospice for the exceptional care by their team. Also, a special thank you to Jill for her wonderful and compassionate attention given to our mom.
