PAULINE A. GRENIER

1942 -2026

WATERVILLE — Pauline (Pam) A. Grenier, 84, passed away peacefully in her sleep at her home at Brown House Commons on October 26, 2026. She was born in Waterville on January 7, 1942, the daughter of Thomas McCoy and Thelma (Barns) McCoy.

She was educated in Waterville and graduated from Waterville Senior High in 1960. On July 25, 1959, she married the love of her life, Reginald (Reg) W. Grenier Sr., at Sacred Heart in Waterville. After raising four children, she attended the University of Maine at Augusta, earning an associate degree in nursing in 1982. She worked for many years as a registered nurse at Maine General before retiring.

She enjoyed traveling, knitting, crocheting, sewing, and bowling with her husband. Pam and Reg cherished their time together at their timeshare vacation homes, often exchanging weeks to explore different parts of the country.

She is now reunited with her cherished husband, who passed away in 2016 after fifty-seven beautiful years of marriage. She is survived by her loving daughter, Robbin Henderson, and her husband, Franklin, of South Berwick; her three sons, Reginald Grenier Jr. and his wife, Wanda, of Gate City, VA; Stephen Grenier of Fayetteville, NC; and Michael Grenier and wife Bobbie of Dexter, ME. She also leaves thirteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on November 4, 2026, at 10 a.m. at the family plot on First Street in Pine Grove Cemetery, Waterville. Flowers may be placed at her resting place.

A celebration of life will follow the graveside service at 11:30 a.m. in the downstairs room at Silver Street Tavern, 2 Silver St, Waterville, ME 04901, USA.
