Saint Albans – Jamie "Turkey" Allen Davidson, 49, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday February 15th, 2024. Jamie was born on March 13th, 1974.
Jamie loved fishing when he was younger. He loved working with his dad, Mike Ricker, in the Madison Cemetery. He had his own special bond with both Mike Ricker and Robin Trask. Jamie always had a unique way of showing his loved ones how much he loved them.
His rock through all his ups and downs was his ex-wife, and best friend, April Creamer. April, our family cannot express the gratitude we have for you. We really appreciate all that you have done for Jamie. We know how difficult he could be, but that was just part of who he was.
He was so grateful for Reggie Bickford for giving him a place to stay when he needed it, as well as Jay Stevens for doing the same. His aunt, Bea Campbell, also held a special place in his heart.
He is predeceased by his father Timothy Davidson; his beloved brother Danny "Monkey" Davidson; paternal grandparents Gladys and John Davidson; maternal grandparents Armand and Stella Grivois; uncles Daniel Grivois, Timothy Grivois, Raymond "Ricky" Grivois, Ronald Davidson, and Howard Davidson; as well as aunt Patricial "Pat" Higgins.
Jamie is survived by his mother and stepfather Ramona and Philip Sawyer Sr. of Saint Albans; his ex-wife April Creamer of Saint Albans; his daughter Amy Creamer with husband Majae Jeanette and ex-mother-in-law Arlene Creamer all from Brewer; sister Robyn Davidson with husband Robert Johnson III from Newport; brothers Guy Brandford from Madison and Philip Sawyer Jr. from Thompson; along with several aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, and nieces.
He will be sadly missed by everyone who knew him.
A graveside service officiated by Justin Dyer will be held sometime this Spring at the Lewis Cemetery on Cottle Road in Oakland. Date and Time to be announced by family.
