Madison – Elizabeth "Beth" Ann Gordon, 58, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 12, 2024, at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston after suffering from a long illness. She spent her final days surrounded by the love of her husband, children, and family. Beth was a 1983 graduate of Madison High School. She enjoyed nature, especially a beautiful sunny day, as well as being an avid animal lover. She loved snuggling with her cats, floating down the river with friends, gardening, and feeding the birds. She also loved rock music, having attended many concerts throughout her life. Beth is survived by her adoring husband of twenty-four years, Benjamin Gordon; her mother-in-law, Paula, who was always there for her; her brothers Bruce, Daryl, Gary, Alan, and Brett, and their beautiful families; many faithful friends; and her children and grandchildren: Thomas Hebert and his wife, Sarah, and their sons Thomas and Jaiden; Zachary Hebert and his wife, Malia, and their children Ezekiel, Shaylee, and Edric; Kristina Hebert and her son Owen; and Alexander Anderson and his wife Shante, and their sons Cort and Atticus. Beth was cremated and will reside with her husband until she will be buried in Wellington, Maine, per her wishes. A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on May 11, 2024, at 966 River Road in Madison.
