Winslow – Edison D. Hubbard, Jr., 73, Passed away on August 12, 2025, in the Togus Springs Hospice and Care Unit in Maine. Edison was born on December 26, 1951, in Unity, son of Edison and June (Reopelle) Hubbard. Upon graduation from Mt. View High School in Thorndike he joined the U.S. Army where he served two years in Germany as a M.P. Edison loved the outdoors. He especially enjoyed hunting and fishing, as well as going to animal parks. He was predeceased by his parents, six brothers – Harold, Frankie, James, Larry, Timmy, and Ronald, one sister Beverly (Hubbard) Knowles, and one grandson Eric Hubbard. Edison is survived by his wife Ima (Salley) Hubbard; two sons Michael with his wife Barbara and Matthew; brother Stanley; sister Joan; grandchildren Zack, Brenda, Kyle, Gage, and Madison. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
