Obituary

Kingfield, ME - Deidre Ann Boudreau, 75, passed away on July 1, 2025, after a long illness. Deidre was born on January 3, 1950, to the late Ruel and (Gertrude) Lorraine Landry of Madison, ME. Deidre grew up in Madison and graduated from Madison High School. She married her high school sweetheart, the late Darryl LeBlanc, in 1968. They settled in Norridgewock where they lived for many years raising their two sons, Chuck and Travis. After the loss of her husband, she found love again with an old, childhood friend, Herman "Buddy" Boudreau; they were married in April,1993. Deidre loved the outdoors and loved her home and community in Kingfield. Living in the mountains afforded her every opportunity to enjoy the sunshine, hunt in the fall, snowmobile in the winter, and spend time with her family and friends. "The Most Wittiest" in her graduating class was a trait that we all loved. Her sense of humor and fun-loving personality made it so easy for her to connect with everyone - whether that was with her family, old friends, or meeting new ones at Tufolio's on Thursday nights. She treasured time spent with "the girls" who were her life-long friends and always there by her side throughout her life. Deidre was a wonderful friend, a devoted and loving mother, adoring grandmother and great grandmother, and loving wife to Buddy for 32 years. She is survived by her husband, Buddy Boudreau; children, Chuck and Kristine LeBlanc of Bangor, ME and Travis and Missy LeBlanc of Skowhegan, ME; grandchildren Jade LeBlanc of Farmington, Aspen LeBlanc and great granddaughter Juniper of Farmington, Lane LeBlanc and great grandson Reiker of Skowhegan, Jonathan Chin of Truckee, CA, and Abby Chin of Duvall, WA; brother, Craig Landry of Madison, ME. Extended family includes Armand Boudreau, Nancie and Doug Ellis, Mark and Marilyn Nichols, Susan and Greg Sirois, Janice Perkins, Gerald Goodine, her nephews and niece, and cousins. The family would like to express their gratitude to the supporting staff at Woodlands of Madison and to Andwell Health Partners and Hospice for their care and loving kindness. A grave-side service will be held on Saturday, August 9th at 11:00 am at the Calvary Cemetery in Skowhegan, ME with a celebration of life immediately following.
