Debra J. Pouliot, age 68, passed away peacefully on May 24, 2025, in Fairfield, Maine, surrounded by her loving family. Debbie was predeceased by her parents, Lawrence and Blanche (Pratt) Darling, and her father-in-law, Henry Pouliot. Cherishing her memory are her devoted husband of 50 years, Philip H. Pouliot; their two sons, Jason Pouliot and his wife Vicky, and Travis Pouliot and his partner Francis Nicdao. Her beloved grandson Wyatt Pouliot who she cherished with all her heart, and her bonus grandchildren Kegan, Kassadi, and Karsten. Debbie's memories will also be carried through her siblings: Lawrence C. Darling and his wife Missy, Carlton "Joe" P. Darling and his partner Lisa Yattaw, Richard L. Alberts and his wife Faith, Brenda J. Wyman-Wheaton, Darlene Darling-Stillman, and Laurie M. Darling-Day. She will be remembered for her love of travel, and her unwavering devotion to her dogs, whom she adored as family. Debbie found true joy in the company of friends and family, especially her cherished companions Yania Quirion and Brenda Alley, whose friendship brought her great comfort and laughter. Debbie dedicated more than 30 years of her life to Colby College, where she worked in food services. Honoring her wishes, no formal services will be held. Her final resting place will be at Tozier Cemetery in Fairfield, Maine.
