Waterville – David Stanley Jackson, Sr., 78, passed away peacefully at home with family by his side on May 22, 2023. David was born on May 19, 1945, in Hallowell Maine, the son of Levi George Jackson and Madeline Jackson. Upon graduation from Hallowell High School, David joined the Army. Following his honorable discharge from the Army, David started working in the construction business but eventually changed directions and became a plumber. David was a member of American Legion Post 2 and 205, as well as a member of the Maine Academy of Country Music. He also enjoyed camping. David is predeceased by his parents, son David S Jackson Jr, and his brother, Morice Jackson. David is survived by wife, Linda Lou Jackson of Waterville; daughter, Sharon Jasper and her spouse Tina of Augusta; son, Todd Jackson and his spouse Kathy of Waterville; Granddaughter Bailey; brother Rev. Stephen and wife Donna Izzo from Houlton and David and wife Candy Crane of Linneus; half-brothers Levi Jackson Jr of Augusta and Millard Jackson of Augusta; half-sister Amy White of Skowhegan; and his ex-wife Marge Caplin of Augusta.
