Skowhegan – Daniel Richard Lane, 56, passed away unexpectedly May 10, 2023. He was born April 21, 1967 in Waterville, the son of James and Marilyn (Soule) Lane. He was educated in local schools and graduated from Erskine Academy in 1985. After high school, Dan went to work for O'Connor GMC where he was an autobody painter. He was a member of Trinity Church in Skowhegan. His hobbies were motorcycles, building trucks, camping, traveling and cruises. He was predeceased by his parents James & Marilyn Lane, a brother Jeff Lane and a sister Lisa Lane. He is survived by his brother Peter Lane and significant other Angela Roberts, brother Jim Lane and sister Rhonda Boynton as well as several nieces and nephews.
