Obituary

Clayton Weeks, 87, passed away peacefully on July 4th, 2025. Clayton was born on May 17, 1938, the son of Charles & Teresa (Clarke) Weeks of Jefferson, ME, one of 9 children- Wes, Kenny, Charlie, Bev, Dot, Mary, Lydia and Bobby. Early on in his teens, Clayton worked for Hussey's and Fitzgerald's Farms in North Vassalboro for many years before doing independent antenna work and putting up communication towers throughout the state. In his later career, he made the change to long haul truck driving until his retirement in the early-90's. Clayton enjoyed scenic drives to the coast with his wife of 55 years, frequenting lawn sales & flea markets, visiting friends and family, listening to classic country music, and the art of storytelling. He spent a lot of his retirement buying and selling used furniture as a hobby. He was predeceased by his parents, all his siblings, and a special nephew, Kevin Weeks. Clayton is survived by his loving wife, Lenna Weeks of Waterville; daughter Michelle Fecteau and husband Mike and their kids Kaitlin and Tyler of Winslow, daughter Melinda Rossignol and husband Jay and their kids JJ, Acacia, Josh, Ava & Jovie of Benton; and Son- Lee Weeks and his fiancé, Sabrina and their children, Alice & Jack; a special nephew Keith Weeks of Belfast, and many other dear nieces and nephews. Our family would like to thank the staff at Oak Grove Center in Waterville, along with Beacon Hospice for their care, support and compassion.
