Brian Laurence McGowan, age 84, of Skowhegan, Maine passed away on Friday, June 9, 2023 with his family by his side. He was born in Skowhegan, Maine on October 14, 1938 to Walter Raymond and Eleanor Maxine (Savage) McGowan.
