Barry Benedict Clark Age 76 Died May 3, 2023 with his family by his side.
Born in Paris, Kentucky March 15, 1947, the son of Keith and Virginia (Malloy) Clark. He attended Bishop Miege High School near his home in Prairie Village, Ks. and attended Donnally College in Kansas City, Ks. He was an Army Veteran of the Vietnam War.
Barry was a caring family man to his loved ones and friends. After his service, he enjoyed working with his brother when they owned a car shop in Kansas City, Ks. After he married he started a Furniture Restoration Center in Alfred, Maine. He was known for his beautiful work restoring family memories. Later he worked at New Balance in Skowhegan, Me. He enjoyed playing horseshoes and golf with his buddies and boating with his daughters and friends on Embden Pond. Snowmobiling was his favorite sport in winter. He enjoyed many friends through years of volunteering in the Waterboro and New Portland Lions Clubs. He was our fire keeper and star gazer and keeper of the grounds at our family cottage, Rocky Point.
He was predeceased in death by his parents, Keith and Virginia Clark. He is survived by his wife, Cynthia Taylor Clark, and daughters, Theresa A. Clark and Jessica L Clark. Brother, Charles K Clark and wife, Neava Ford Clark, Nephew, Chuck Charles Clark, and niece, Julie Ann Clark.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sat July 15, 2023 at the Christ Community Fellowship in Madison, Maine at 11 am followed by a lunch and Veteran Flag ceremony at 2pm.
